Here’s how to use them: Apply a coat of varnish or transparent base from Peggy Sage and let it dry. Remove the protective film, cut out your chosen pattern, and soak it in lukewarm water for 15 seconds. Moisten the nail surface and use nail art tweezers to apply the design. Absorb any excess with a tissue. For the best results, add two coats of Peggy Sage top coat.
