Nail lacquer stamping rouge 962 -11ml

Covering texture developed for stamping. Apply 2 coats of Peggy Sage nail lacquer, followed by your topcoat.
Apply 2 coats of Peggy Sage nail polish, followed by your topcoat.
To add a broken glass effect to your manicure, randomly cut pieces of foil and arrange them over the topcoat with tweezers before it dries. Allow to dry and then carefully apply a second top coat.
Can also be used successfully with I-LAK products.
